My ""novel"" MAOU, kind of fills 1/2 of the requirement. As in there's no or little romance (Except in the MC's backstory, which i've not gone into yet :))) and while the MC is pretty above average in terms of power, he's nowhere near OP. It's not fantasy but who knows, maybe stop by and enjoy...
