    What if instead of having our current appearances, we theoretically took a different path and instead evolved to become intelligent, upright-walking, and clean looking monkeys? Would our civilization be the same?

    Nomadic culture and tree houses probably. Talking by "ooh ooh", body language, and pitch variation. Alphabet and letters that look like drawings to adapt to Monkey hands. Monkey culture, and probably banana is gonna be one of the staple foods lmao.
