If I were to write a villain pov story, I'd try to write his reasoning for choosing such a path. I feel that if you can get your readers to empathize with the villain, no matter how atrocious their acts were, then you probably did well.

I've just got a bunch of ideas pinned in my notes app, on my phone. Add a little bit of the outline that I might have thought of, then... Only write 1k words a day, for one of those ideas. Boom! Now it takes like 2 months to write a story and I come up with more ideas that will just gather...

I look at the last chapter I wrote. Think about the basic plot I have stored in my mind and try to tie it together. Has it worked? Not particularly well, but at least it's not terrible. I'm contemplating actually planning out the story I'm currently writing, otherwise I'm worried I'll forget...
