What is your go to food when you're in the middle of writing a novel chapter? or do you just stop and get food like a normal human being?

For any authors or those contemplating about writing novels. If ever you feel down about writing or get negative comments/feedback.
Remember, there is a WHOLE world in your mind that only YOU can see. That is just waiting in your mind to come out in any form that you describe. Those out there can say whatever they want to say, but they'll never be able to see the magical world that is in your mind.

Just ate ramen..... but still hungry yet full... T-T
