    Chapters/week showing incorrectly.

I'm pretty sure it takes the average from the past month. Not sure how it rounds the number, but that also has an impact. Post for a month straight and you'll have a fairly accurate number, but otherwise it's going to be lower.

    Monster MC

The no human transformation part makes it difficult. I'm not sure if it fits cause I read it a long time ago, but Super Minion on RR is really good. Also Draka, if you're fine with a dragon, though it's a reincarnation story with a significant and plot-relevant impact of the reincarnation. I...

I think my writing went downhill

It's more likely your style is just shifting to what you're more comfortable with and/or more exposed to. To some degree it's inevitable, and in long term it can make huge differences that aren't noticable on day to day basis, though it shouldn't be taken as a direct measure of writing ability...

I prefer if magic is an umbrella term for all of those and more. Though if I had to choose one, it would probably be mana.

    Recommendations Modern shounen manga.

Kaiju No. 8 is good, I've read most of it. Iirc, the first episode of the anime was released yesterday. Gachiakuta is a pretty good manga, not sure how it'll fit since it's kinda different from those you listed. A lot rougher art and characters.

    Writing Writing a Battle Scene

This all depends on what you want to focus on. There is no one right way to write a battle scene. Generally though, it depends on your narration. If you're writing in first person, you'll probably want to focus the most on the things the character sees, so actions and visible emotions (face...

    What is true freedom?

True freedom would be both, but that's unrealistic. A much more real scenario is the ability to not do most things you don't want to, and to do most of things you want to. Restrictions help ground people. It's kinda like being in space. Planets and stars and spaceships are restricting, but what...

Is it difficult to write a original story without copying other's idea?

Virtually any story you'll find has elements copied from other stories. The question is how much. The less you copy from someone else, the more difficult it is to write since you have to come up with all that stuff and make sure it's all believable and consistent. To some degree, copying is a...

Writing Does story really need to be grammatically correct?

Generally this should be divided into two parts. First part is grammatical errors and typos, things that are just objectively wrong - there should be as little of those as possible. There are cases though when a purposeful alteration can achieve some specific, desired effect. This is especially...

If the story you are writing turns into a food, what will it be?

I think it'll be an existential crisis.

    Flow

Personally, I make more mistakes when I enter that flow. I'm pretty sure the reason for that is when I am completely focused on writing, I miss the occasional errors I make much more often than when I'm writing normally (for a definition of normalcy) and often reread my sentences, usually to...

    Character Names!

Most of the time, I look up real names that fit the character. That's why the characters in my stories are called, for example, Emmanuel, Jessica, Brian, David, Vanessa. They're all pretty common names, and that's by design. Don't want my average Joe be called Constantin. Otherwise, I think up...

How long does it take to evacuate a city?

That's gonna depend on a lot of things. First, obviously, size, if it's an avereage european city or something much bigger, up to Tokyo or New York aglomerations. Second, what kind of evacuation it is. If it's a regular evacuation, it's gonna take a while before people get all their things. If...

What makes a character evil and when is that evil redeemable?

I always get pissed off when I read a story that claims there exists something like objective good and objective evil. It's all subjective, and that makes it prone to change. Add to that the fact many things are good in some aspects and bad in other, add, on top of it, that humans have only...

When does foreshadowing become too much.

For me a, c, and d all can be good depending on the situation. b is a little more complicated, because used well it can also turn out really well, but it's difficult to write it in a way that doesn't feel obvious. Because to me, in general, foreshadowing should not be obvious - and that's...
