My process:
Each week has 7 days. 28 days total.
There are 365 days in a year. How many times does 28 fit into 365? (It's 13)
13x28=364.
So now each month has the same amount of days and weeks but there's one extra day. I put that day at the end of the year and made it a special event, but it could also simply be deleted and the world now has one less day to Earth.
Sheesh, you glance around SHF once and suddenly five or so flame wars are afoot and you have the requisite patience or energy for approximately none of them.
There is nothing quite like the rush of finally coming up with a good title for your chapter after a long and seemingly-fruitless brainstorm.

Random Thought: I recently realized that ATLA is an artistic fusion of Chinese Martial Artes with Western Classical Elements.
