I feel like there's only a very small number of things that I'm going to remember from medical school -- the NSFW thing that happened in first year anatomy lab, my first patient on medicine who had calciphylaxis, my first day on general surgery (it was a disaster), and the fact that on my very last shift in the emergency room I got to see a fractured penis.
