What is the best Motivation to start writing seriously and not laze around?

A single sneeze was all it took... and the my whole world started collapsing. Buildings started falling to the ground. Fire started razing everywhere you look. People screaming for help can be heard. "This..sob..sob.. this is.. sob.. all my... fault..wuuwuwuwu.." a bald man said. He is crying...

Speaking as a "Human" I think the mistake of "novice" is that they don't look at what they wrote, and it cause a jumbled words/sentence that cause confusion to the readers. So in conclusion, what I want to say is that, its just being lazy.... Just kidding Its actually experience.(I chicken out!)
