my two cents would be:
1. go with what turns you on; seriously, your internal porn cinema is evolutional the best mother nature could develope - just use it
2. rise the tension until the final climax; means structure in waves, up down, vary the speed
3. don´t be afraid to look how others write if you need an idea how to write; this is the internet! just check how other authors build sentences
4. in my opinion detailed describings help a lot;
5. avoid repetitions!; trully, to read: he fucked her ... he fucked her ... than he fucked her ... finally he fucked her hard ... is kind of turn off to read.

if it isn´t a spoiler, what kind of smut? BL, GL, Straight, or ...?
Well on the kind of smut/porn genre in my story would be, Straight, BDSM, and a sprinkle of lesbian.

my story so far is based on bdsm, lesbian and only a tiny bit of straight. not sure it will help you.
in my experience, writing from the male and/or the dominant view is harder. if the pov is from the female and/or submissive you can play much more with emotions and feelings.
My three rules stand. If you need something more detailed: The Ultimate Guide To Write Smut Fiction
the guide looks very good. in peticular the other wordings seems very helpful for non-english speakers to me. thank you for referring.

i´ll give you, that following your three rules, the scene will be more erotic. nevertheless, i think my pov is also not wrong. why should i be shy to like or write more - lets say - intense and descriptional sex when the purpose is smut/porn?

Maybe we just understand/define erotic/smut/porn in a different way. happens often enough.

Tie your sex scenes into what's actually happening in the story. Have them emerge naturally from what's going on. If the smut is the point of the story, get inside the characters' heads and figure out what's going on there that makes them have sex--something besides "horny now" works best. Smut needs tension too, or to be the cathartic release of tension, so that tension needs to build. Not just physical stuff but emotional stuff--the characters have a personality conflict, or a goals conflict, or the sex is forbidden somehow. Or they have a failure of communication and the sex is how they remedy that.

I just write what turns me on. Literotica is a treasure trove for people who want to learn. Most of the stuff there are very explicit, and you can find very well written work to pick apart. I myself have one or two stories there.

In quite the future chapter I planned to write a smut chapter. And I notice my previous smut chapters are pretty bland (bland words and bland dialogues with bland smutsy descriptions).
So I would like to know how do you guys write your smut.
It's a bit hard to off-handedly say how to make your bland smut smuttier. Give Ai-chan the chapter that you feel is bland and Ai-chan will try to smut it up. Though you may need to wait until next week because Ai-chan is horribly busy this week.

I would recommend reading 'selling it' by Amanda clover (or one of her many other novella's).

Smut: Highly developed stories with love lines and other things that appeal to women that also include a lot of sexually explicit scenes. Can be in comic form, or in written form (as in romance books)

....Hmm yeah, I am a purity freak—slash straight, so I don't think I'd be of any help. Well, maaaaaybe I did write smut... but let's leave that for another story.

Edit: 'Highly developed stories'

*chuckles*
