I know the feeling, my book is a low key Lesbian romance.

If it was tagged BL from the beginning those readers shouldn't have started reading in the first place.
If they think BL doesn't fit, then shut them up with slow-burn romance that leaves them craving for more!

Yeah I tagged mine BL and I got a bunch of comments/questions asking why it was BL — the ML hasn’t been introduced yet!! >.<

See my current issue is both my MC's are trans. I'd rather not tag my work gender bender, as that's something different.
