But can anyone tell me how to up-lode the cover.

As in a book cover? You would go to the create page on scribblehub and then click edit under the story you want to add a cover to. There will be a small rectangle for a cover which you can click on to upload one.

i tried though,but how long will it take to up-lode?

Well, it will have to be approved so it will take about 1-2 days but sometimes it will be faster.
