Every time I sit down to write I put my hands one the keys and draw a blank. I can't even figure out how to describe basic human functions like walking rn.

Hmm, then how about looking at pics of things related to your story?
I find that helps give inspiration on what to write and where to go ahead with my story.
If that doesn't work, then why not get pen and paper and just write anything that comes to mind - even if it has nothing to do with your story. Getting the juices flowing might help you type something for your story.
