forgot to mention that that isn't her head, it's her skull. she hasn't got eyes, and relies on a second set of teeth beneath her first set of teeth to chew her food without looking like a cavewoman.

Those bloodshot on the dome are her nerves which she uses to cover with a wig most of the time

So, like an Argonian maid mixed with Venom/symbiote.
