smoked Pall Mall Menthol from age 14 on up until I was 22. I never understood the addiction part. I just liked the cool breeze feeling in my chest I got from the menthol. I easily just quit immediately one day and never bought anymore. Wasn't even hard. Just stopped buying them when I got bored of it. No cravings afterwards.
