Goldilocks was the villain in the Three Bears. She committed breaking and entering. While you could say probable cause was on her side, she broke the Bears's property. Which means even if she isn't charged with breaking and entering, she charged with vandalism.
I kinda want to start a forum mafia game where I say there is one murderer and nine innocents, but actually, there is no murderer. Only innocents who falsely believed one of them was a killer. I'd do this just to watch the chaos unfold.
