If he speaks while looking a the person's face then he mean no disrespects. He's probably just uncomfortable with the wardrobe. Strange, some girls would find it offensive if men ogles them. There's a high chance of getting slapped too. You humans are complicated lot.

Tension. Longing. Drama I guess.

....or you can be like me. Take a break for a looong while until you stock up with a lot of interesting ideas but suddenly finds yourself being too lazy write that your readers begin to run away.

It would be a total lie if I say I wasn't bothered about it. It affects my mood, I feel down. But looking on the brighter side there are still plenty of those who are waiting for the story to continue so I draw strength from that.

How does your character view the world? How he treats people around him vs those who are strangers. What does he believed in? What kind of person is he, is he selfish, selfless, passive or aggressive kind? As to what extent would he fight for his principles?
