I'm a budding artist and I want to post very lewd (S**) drawings in my novel, is it okay or is it banned?

Aw, I wish I could post hentai in my story too, but I don't have the budget for it anyway. Most artists charge extra for hentai, so I haven't sprung for it . . . but I want some!
