I'm never on 4-chan. And any visit to Tumblr now is almost nostalgic. I'm always like, "Wow, this is still up?"

4chan is fire. Tumblr is nothing.

Well Tumblr used to be haven for porn, but the idiots banned porn, so now it's nothing. Funny enough, they were doing OK before the porn ban. They were not profitable, but not losing either. Then apple store banned their app for child porn and they decided to ban all porn. All they should've done was put a report button, but they couldn't even do that. 3 months after the porn ban, the board of directors were panicking so much with the massive exodus of users. 6 months later, they were sold to wordpress parent company. The porn ban is still in place and the place is still dead. That's what happen when you delete 80% of your content and alienate the majority of your loyal users.

Both are good options IF you don't frequent /pol/v/int/r9k/ on 4chan or ANY activism tag in Tumblr. You'll find that /o/ or /ck/ are relatively chill places to hang out in and the art tags in Tumblr do produce some decent shit.

But since Tumblr shit the bed and led to today's Tw*tter, I choose 4chan.
