The MC was a woman and went with a party down into a giant dungeon, was killed/died on some sort of dungeon totem and was absorbed by the dungeon.

after like a hundred years she fuses with the dungeon core, becomes friends with it and they make a body with magic nanites or something to break out of the dungeon.

last I remember there was some sort of invasion from mushroom people who also had classes and system access.
