Allow Preview Button To Function While Editing Already Uploaded Chapters

Simple as, currently after you upload a chapter the preview button (from my user experience) becomes pointless unless you apparently unpublished then republish after done... Which seems a bit like a waste of time personally.

From my understanding my choices are: unpublish then update and preview, do so while its a draft or update and preview without taking down the chapter. I'd also like the preview button to preview what I'm currently writing...
