I've been enjoying it. It might be published by EA, but I love Respawn and Titan Fall, so I couldn't resist giving in and trying it out. Respawn is too good for EA.

It's easily the best BR out right now. Pubg just runs badly to the core. And fortnite is a great game, but it focuses less on gunplay and more on building, which isn't inherently a bad thing, but the reason some have stuck to pubg is exactly because of that. AL runs beautifully and has wonderful gunplay, basically making it the best.
I played it a bunch on launch. I felt like I was a bit swept into the hype. What's that? A BR made by respawn? It's out right now? It's free!?!? You gotta be kiddin' me!!! I gotta play it right nooow!
It's definitely a good multiplayer shooter, real fun and addicting. The only reason I stopped playing is because I thought the start of the game was too luck based. Lost a round because a guy on my team left. Lost a round by being punched to death by two guys. Lost a round because I looked in 6 rooms and all I found were scopes. So yeah, I was a bit annoyed by that.
And it's definitely great when a game goes perfectly. You get good team mates, good weapons, and you get that victory message. But the chances that it'll happen compared to the chances it won't are around 20/80. And meh, I don't much like those odds.
