Chapter Navigation On Top

Sometimes you go back a chapter and need to check near the top of the chapter for information you forgot, or you're searching through chapters for where you left off. Over all having a chapter navigation on top of the chapter and on the bottom is extremely helpful.

Would you be able to implement that, @Tony?

I second this. Scrolling back down every time to navigate through chapters takes time.
