Forgotten Title Character reborn into a different genre.

I'm not sure if I'm just bad at finding it or if I just dreamt it. But I'm looking for a story(Can't remember if it was a novel or manga) where the main character was a cartoon character reborn into a more realistic world. And has to deal with living in a world where people die more easily, and he can't get away with what they used to do. They had powers that basically makes them have cartoon physics, like pulling objects out of nowhere and going into one door and coming out somewhere completely different.

When I asked a friend they said it sounds like an anime where a shounen character was reborn into the real world. A character lived in guilt, where after a battle they noticed things don't automatically get fixed, while also accidentally killing someone.

But I can't find that either, can anyone help me find either of them.
