Drawings of chapter 16 and 17
Yay a comic
It's not really a comic, though? It's just that I'm so bad a writing explanation that I needed a figure to make sure the readers get it xDYay a comic![]()

Oh wait, you actually committed to the Homm3 template :D I though you would drop it 20 chapters in, and look at you- even using the same UI elements. Well that checkmark looks sus... but still. As usual, I'm dumping drawings... From chapter 23 to 26.
I'm a mega noob too. I didn't know walking in witch huts was a terrible idea. The concept of skipping dwellings or low tier units to rush stuffs is completely foreign to meOh wait, you actually committed to the Homm3 template :D I though you would drop it 20 chapters in, and look at you- even using the same UI elements. If I wasn't shit I would have challenged you to a Jebas Outcast game, but I'm Nub.
Have you considered making it in HTML and CSS? Then you would only have to set div class for elements. Mroe upfront work, but long term seems fasterI'm a mega noob too. Yeah I redid the UI. The checkmark is too orangy and not goldy enough because I put it in a layer folder and it changes everything inside with the same layer mode. I was too lazy to fix it.
I didn't know if the leather background looks good or not. I splattered some butterfly shaped shadow to make it not empty.
in the game there are spooky skeletons instead
In this window, the checkmark has the intended color.

I have to remake the status window too but I'm apprehending the efforts required.
It never crossed my mind. It sounds a very good idea if I plan to change every prompt window in the story into this template.Have you considered making it in HTML and CSS? Then you would only have to set div class for elements. Mroe upfront work, but long term seems faster
Glad to help. Now you will have to pay for consultancy by shouting out my new story when it starts, mwahahaha! It never crossed my mind. It sounds a very good idea if I plan to change every prompt window in the story into this template.
Theres even blend modes in css.
Anyway my initial fears were the upfront work for the prototype. It's not that hard to change text once its made on a painting software.
But your idea might help to change every windows which would be amazing
Huh? Broken? I can see almost all of them just fine. Can't believe I drew all this shit. It's a good thing all the picture links of my old work are broken
You can see the pictures because they are hosted on the forum, but in my stories I use external host.Huh? Broken? I can see almost all of them just fine.
