Can you add an option to let authors add the author their own discord server on their novel page? Something like the option to pay.

nah, there's no option for it. usually people just link their invites through author notes or the summary

though it'll be sweet to have an "official" inv button to get to said discord server.

Let them know about the new chapter post or the occasional inability to post. Interaction with readers. It's fun. Patreon.
I enjoy interacting with my author. It isn't a must.
