A severe headache struck my head, causing me to collapse onto the forest floor. My body couldn't respond properly, but I could see her eyes darkening in anticipation of my response. Damn it. My memory seal appears to have begun to dissolve.
Images of the atrocities we committed to save humanity began to fill my mind. I tried to push them back, but they just kept going. In the end, came to an end at that memory.
