What in Matcha's special sauce? :blob_hide:
Knowing its from Matcha it will involve chocolate one way or another
The ingredients used are literally listed, but since you want to play this game, I'll respond.
No, there's no chocolate.
Instead, there's white yogurt.
Thick and creamy, silky and slightly sour to the palate.
Delicious to swallow.

Fried eggs in dough are a dish for the lazy. And I'm lazy as hell.

Are you bored with everyday sunny side-ups? Do you want to diversify your boring breakfast, lunch or dinner? Cook fried eggs in the dough!

Makes two servings.

Ingredients:
1. One sheet of yeast-free dough (250 grams)
2. Four large chicken eggs.
3. 200 grams of grated cheese of your choice.
Optional:
4. Mix grain mustard with cheese for fun, it tastes surprisingly great.
5. Add bacon / shrimp / other meat before the eggs.

Necessary thingamajings:
Heat-resistant cookware (Ceramic plates? I don't remember what they are called)

How to cook:
1. Defrost the dough, cut it in half (to make two rectangles) and roll it out with a rolling pin until it's a square.
2. Put the dough on the plates you have chosen and poke it with a fork in different places so that it is not too airy. (I usually poke the dough at least fifteen times).
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. (take everything out from the inside in advance, you only need a grid¿ to hold two plates)
4. While the oven is heating, grate two hundred grams of cheese and take out the eggs.
5. Put the dough in the oven and wait until it rises. It is best to wait until it turns golden a little bit.
6. Remove the dough from the oven, sprinkle the middle with cheese and break two eggs into each serving. Optional: add the meat of your choice.
Note: try not to put too much cheese or eggs, you'll end up with burnt dough and undercooked eggs.
7. Put the dough back in the oven and wait for another ten minutes.

There. It's done. Takes about 30 min to prepare, if you defrosted the dough ahead of time. Enjoy!

Ack! I forgot that my Grandma's simple spaghetti sauce wasn't on here yet!~

Luckily it is very simple~
20240316_093653.jpg

Ingredients:
1 24 Oz jar of Ragú spaghetti sauce: chunky tomato, garlic and onion mixture

1 can of Hunts pasta sauce: Garlic & Herb flavor

1 4oz can of mushrooms, drained (I luv' mushrooms, so I use a larger can)

1 lb of Italian Sausage

Directions:

1) In a large frying pan, Cook Italian Sausage according to directions, then take out the grease.

2)Pour in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for a few minutes (2-5min). Once mushrooms are cooked (hot to touch when fished out), the sauce is finished!~

Just tried this ranch dressing recipe and it came out just as good as the store-bought variety. If you are concerned about knowing what you put into your body, this is a good alternative~

MATCHA'S MAYOSSSNICKERShttps://www.scribblehub.com/read/974998-scribble-hub-high-school-adventures/chapter/1069938/
Here's the recipe for my culinary masterpiece from Chapter 61 of SHHS: the Matcha's MayoSSSnickers, also known as the fried and breaded Zabaglione covered in chocolate inspired by Snickers, designed to convince Ssemouy that Snickers and mayonnaise are evil.
Counting calories is masochistic. Don't do it, this dish is definitely poison.

Ingredients:

For the zabaglione:
6 egg yolks
100g sugar
120ml sweet wine (such as Marsala)

For breading and frying:
Flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

For the chocolate coating:
Dark chocolate

Instructions:
Prepare the zabaglione:

In a heatproof bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the sweet wine and mix well.
Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water on medium-low heat, making sure the bowl does not touch the water.
Continue to whisk constantly until the zabaglione becomes thick and creamy. Remove from heat and let cool.

Form the zabaglione:
Pour the zabaglione onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until firm enough to be cut into pieces.

Bread and fry:
Cut the solidified zabaglione into pieces the size of a Snickers bar.
Dredge each piece in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs, making sure to coat them well.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet to about 180°C and fry the breaded zabaglione until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Prepare the chocolate coating:
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.

Coat the zabaglione with chocolate:
Dip each fried zabaglione into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it completely.
Place the coated zabaglione on a wire rack or a tray lined with parchment paper and let them cool until the chocolate solidifies.

Serve:
Once the chocolate has hardened, the fried and chocolate-covered zabaglione is ready to be enjoyed!
Serve them as a delicious and indulgent dessert, perhaps accompanied by a chocolate sauce or a scoop of ice cream.

BBQ Nachos

This is another favorite recipe of mine that my Dad makes!!!~

💕˝/\___/\˝💕
💕(❀≽,ᆺ≼)💕

BBQ Meat
(Good for regular BBQ as well)
*My Dad does not measure~

Ingredients:

BBQ Rub Mixture Ratio:
3 tbs. Paparika
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ground Mustard

1 Roast/Meat of Choice that can fit into your crockpot- Pork, Chicken, Or Beef (my Dad uses pork usually)

Liquid smoke*

To make BBQ Meat, make a paste by adding liquid smoke to the powder mixture*. Paint a thin layer onto the meat and put in slow cooker on low for 8 hours.

Once finished, shred the meat and mix in any of the following:
1) Favorite BBQ sauce*
2) Favorite BBQ rub*
3) Mixture of both*

My Dad always mixes up what he does, and it has been delicious every time~

Cheese Dip
Ingredients:

1/2 - 3/4 of 32oz Block Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes*

A bit of Cream Cheese (1/4 - 1/2 of an 8oz block, cut in cubes)*

1 10 oz Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles

Some salsa (my Dad may mix multiple brands, he is constantly experimenting)*

Instructions:
1) In a 1.6L microwave safe tupperware, fill about 3/4 full of cubed Velveeta Cheese. Dump the cubed cream cheese, salsa, and can of rotel in. Lightly mix the contents.

2) Microwave for about 2 minutes and mix.

3) Continue microwaving the mixture until completely melted, mixing every minute.

Spicy Chicken Patties (made by A.I.)

Ingredients for the Coating:

1 cup bread crumbs (panko for extra crunch or plain for a smoother texture)
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

For Binding:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (adds flavor and helps the coating stick)
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional, for added spice)

---

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cumin, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

2. Prepare the Chicken: If using chicken breasts, pound them to an even thickness or slice them into sandwich-sized fillets. Pat them dry with paper towels.

3. Bind the Coating: In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with hot sauce for a spicy and sticky base.

4. Coat the Chicken:

Brush or dip each chicken fillet in the yogurt/hot sauce mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.

Press the fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks well.

5. Bake or Air-Fry:

Baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Air-Frying: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the fillets in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6. Assemble the Sandwich: Toast buns and layer the chicken with your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles) and a spicy mayo or creamy yogurt sauce.

Welcome to this thread all ye' fellow gluttons!!! Here there be recipes to enjoy!!!~

Any good recipes I find I will post for you to try out~

Any other recipes will be appreciated as this is a place for food enthusiasts to spread the love of food abroad!!!

Now I will begin, with this recipe promised to a fellow user~

@Anon2023, here is the recipe for the homade guacamole.
  1. Prep your ripe (dark brown/purple and slightly squishy) avacodos into a bowl (cut in half, take the pit out, and scrape the green flesh out of the skin into the bowl)
  2. Mash it.
  3. Mix in one teaspoon minced garlic per one large avocado
  4. Mix in a few squirts of lime juice. (Today I discovered that substituting with lemon juice tastes better, I ran out of lime juice) This step is important because the juice allows the guacamole to last longer in the fridge.
  5. Add a hint of salt to taste.
  6. For spiciness and flavor, mix in a bit of your favorite brand of salsa to taste.
  7. Optional: add fresh cilantro (tastes good, but not everyone likes cilantro)
Spicy garlicy and oniony mac&cheese.
Add, while/after cooking mac&cheese and stir so incorporated fully. Salt >Onion powder = garlic powder = chili powder > any spice of your choice like ground Sichuan peppercorn > and black pepper
