If you're looking for tragedy like to your eternity, I read something similar a while ago. It's korean webtoon called Epic of Gilgamesh.

Or if you want something psychological, Ajin: Demi-human is also nice. Though, MC isn't the only one immortal and he also hasn't gone through time yet since it's focused more on action.

The others that I remember are mostly action or romance.

I would advise you to wait for more chapters and then binge. I remember reading it last year and when I came back....the same arc hasn't even finished.
