I made a mistake starting with New Vegas, haven't I?
yes and no, honestly. gameplay-wise, well it depends. having played the better of the two, it might feel like a little bit of a letdown. It hasnt aged as well as New Vegas has and the structuring of things is poorer compared to NV.

Storywise, DLCs are key because the original ending is kinda.... meh and the real storytelling, befitting a fallout game, is concentrated in some of the DLCs.

I heard that FO3 is like watching your father's story instead of playing your own actual story. Is that true?
