My favorites change from time to time usually being: Attack on Titan, Made in Abyss, Hunter x Hunter, or Re:Zero. Depends which one is freshest in my mind and how I analyze the series the more I watch it.

Call me weird, but I read Mushoku Tensei web novel like 7 years ago, and the Anime adaptation is *chef's kiss*.

I think there's still a few more but I forgot the title of them
If I need to choose a favorite it'll be either d4dj or yuru camp

Yuru camp make me get a sense of calmness no matter how many time I rewatch it

And d4dj never fails to give me a smile whenever I watch it (their music is also good )

I just made a really good salmon ate it with ranch 10/10 salmon with scales butter small bit of rosemary infused oil minced garlic just a pinch and a bunch of black pepper and salt then some ranch on the side

Nope you're not weird. I too, am fond of Mushoku Tensei, I read it and is my favorite before the isekai gold rush. Now there's too many isekais that calling it oversaturated is an understatement.
