I like a lot! I haven't read a lot recently, but I generally enjoy really thoughtful manga.

Oyasumi Punpun is sort of a classic, but recently I read My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness and it's also really enlightening.

Also like various kinds of shoujo/josei/kindgom/fairytale - The Ancient Magus' Bride, Shirayukihime, Basara... the list is extremely long here.

Although frankly I read almost everything - Magi... OnePiece/Naruto/Bleach was mostly high school for me

I think I'd really have to dig here because it was mostly when I was younger when I read tons of manga
