The version we see for the story is fairly small, but the title is bold and prominent, the image depicting well both the tone and style for your story. But, although it is set in the US, the flag might be the only thing I'd point out, as perhaps overcrowding the rest of the image and mainly the title itself.
But that's just a tiny observation, and could easily be ignored: the cover as is, is still well done and still looks clean. And doesn't take away from the story.
