Hiring - Background artist

Hello, I'm not actually sure if I can post this here.

I am/have created a webtoon and am looking for someone to help with backgrounds. Below you will find samples of my webtoon with backgrounds. I will be paying you $ per panel. Pay via Paypal, we can discuss rates, but somewhere between $7-15 per.

(I had a background artist before but they... kind of ghosted me so... yeah.)

Don't use Fiverr, because you would have to pay an artist every time you need a background. and if you're going to upload chapters regularly, this will get expensive real fast.
Go to webcomics or webtoons forums, and negotiate a deal with an artist willing to help. Finally, you will have to negotiate some percentage of your "earnings" with them.
The reason is because not everyone will be willing to help if they don't even know you, or your work.
