Writing How do you guys persist on creating another chapter?

I'm a huge procrastinator and tend to distract myself with video games and anime when I should be doing something I actually need and/or want to do. @_@
I have an end goal for my current story's arcs. Visualizing where the MC will be at the end of it.
Other than that I'm trying out the "Keep myself to a deadline" goal.
It has worked out so far and I've got 9 chapters on SH spread out over 10 releases. Chapter 9 ran long and I didn't have enough time to completely finish it before my self-imposed deadline. I strive to keep my chapters between 1500-2500 words and so far Chapter 9 is my longest chapter at over 5200 words :o
