How many chapters can you post?

I read somewhere that you're not supposed to post too many chapters since it would be considered spam. How many can you safely post? I have a Choose Your Own Adventure-type story and I would like to post all 67 chapters in one day.

Do 5 chapters a day with a range of between 3-4 hours a chapter is safe, I think. But if you want to mass upload, it is fine too. However, your story will only be shown in latest update for the first chapter that you upload if you mass upload more than 3 chapters
