I'm looking for a novel with Hope System

Its a post apocalyptic novel but the world already ended the MC survived but was transported to a different world that was able to handle the apocalypse better than our earth.

He enrolled in an academy for people with talents, he has the hope system that let's him construct new talents when he's strong enough and it also helped him enroll in the academy.

He also learns to use a bow

not exactly what you were looking for but it has academies amidst apocalypse. Weapons? Bow and Arrow? Yes! He can use any weapon (mc is a Theory genius) if he likes but he chose the the Spinning something (i forgot, but it was the most complicated weapon they said). I dropped it at 200-ish chapter. I might re-read it again though. It has nice worldbuilding, amazing characters, and action. Why don't you give it a try?
