Netorare, netori, netorase, and other derivatives are just divisions for (almost always) the three parties involved. No matter consensual or non-consensual, the fact is they're all under the umbrella of NTR genre. THE MAIN KINKS ARE ALWAYS ON NTR instead of its derivatives.
Netorase, with its partner-sharing, is more about the exploration (usually a first try) of a romantic relationship ≠ sexual relationship dynamic. But you have to remember that it's NTR, so even with the technicality of it being consensual, it still deals the same play on insecurity, voyeurism, humiliation, etc—or at the very least, a person's 'fascination' on their own partner being embraced by or enjoying other people.
With that being said, the OP's story is not about that dynamic, and the concept of romantic-sexual relationship is not exclusive at all from the start. It falls under the technicality of netorase, sure, but it's not NTR (netorase) at all.
