🤷‍♂️

I don't know if you're baiting or if you're just being obtuse.

An open relationship, which seems to be what OP describes, isn't cuckolding. Cuckolding is typically one-sided and involves what at least one side of the relationship views as infidelity. If the parties involved in the relationship are aware of what's going on, consent to it, and don't view it as cheating, then it isn't cheating. No one's getting cuckolded.

And good luck with what exactly? A slippery slope to what? You're just saying shit, man.

Netorare, netori, netorase, and other derivatives are just divisions for (almost always) the three parties involved. No matter consensual or non-consensual, the fact is they're all under the umbrella of NTR genre. THE MAIN KINKS ARE ALWAYS ON NTR instead of its derivatives.

Netorase, with its partner-sharing, is more about the exploration (usually a first try) of a romantic relationship ≠ sexual relationship dynamic. But you have to remember that it's NTR, so even with the technicality of it being consensual, it still deals the same play on insecurity, voyeurism, humiliation, etc—or at the very least, a person's 'fascination' on their own partner being embraced by or enjoying other people.

With that being said, the OP's story is not about that dynamic, and the concept of romantic-sexual relationship is not exclusive at all from the start. It falls under the technicality of netorase, sure, but it's not NTR (netorase) at all.

If it is a reverse harem, then just add the harem tag. If your female MC has sex outside the relationship, then it is NTR, not Netorare but actually Netorase.

Incorrect, you are describing Netorare, but within the NTR genre there is also Netorase and Netori.
On Scribblehub's tag list, it might not be, (https://www.scribblehub.com/tag/netorase/) as it includes the caveat that "If there's no evolution from unwillingness to infatuation, use "Adultery" instead." I would argue the way OP described their story, it is not as clear-cut. However, it doesn't really matter either way, as it seems to be more of an open-relationship, and doesn't necessarily play on any of the NTR dynamics.

If you ask me, you can just clarify in the synopsis and not bother with any NTR tags, but opinions vary.

NTR is a feeling, and what makes people feel that feeling varies. Usually it happens with characters they identify with getting cheated on, or at least feeling that they were cheated on.

Neurotransmission receptors (NTR) are proteins located on the surface of postsynaptic cells (and sometimes presynaptic terminals) that bind to specific neurotransmitters, triggering a signal cascade. This process, called neurotransmission, allows neurons to communicate with each other and other cells, enabling various physiological functions.

The Normal Tax Rate (NTR) refers to a basic rate of taxation applied to large groups of taxpayers, to which varying surtaxes may be added for smaller subgroups.
