Netorare, netori, netorase, and other derivatives are just divisions for (almost always) the three parties involved. No matter consensual or non-consensual, the fact is they're all under the umbrella of NTR genre. THE MAIN KINKS ARE ALWAYS ON NTR instead of its derivatives.

Netorase, with its partner-sharing, is more about the exploration (usually a first try) of a romantic relationship ≠ sexual relationship dynamic. I would argue the way OP described their story, it is not as clear-cut. If you ask me, you can just clarify in the synopsis and not bother with any NTR tags, but opinions vary.
