Cleaning
Stab (with a sword or spear)

What do you actually mean a lvl 1 skill? Does the thing level up? Or evolve? Because most, if not all skills stem from level 1 and slowly grow to its OP state.

To hell, I can even have a Heaven and Earth Black Origin lvl 1 skill where the user just goes berserk and do damages beyond their own personal level by casting from hit points.

Ahh, I have a system where the skills don't level up -- and instead skills are unlocked at certain level.

For instance, 「Stab」 might be a skill that a Level 1 character could unlock.

On the other hand, 「Nine Dragon Golden Nuclear Bomb」 would be something like a level 99 skill.

I would ask you to change the "level" into "tier"or "class" because Litrpg often imply level with growth, but it is your call.

Then level 1s are all basic thing a normal human being can do without even learning too much into it.

Lvl 1 walk
Lvl 1 crawl
Lvl 1 climb

You get the idea.

snatch (grab/lesser steal?)
creep (lesser hide?)
observe (status for sleeping, dead, tired, sick, old, rusty, moldy, broken, etc?)
target (keep track of single enemy from a group, like for an archer? upgrade to tracking?)
guard (detect enemies/thieves, upgrade to protect?)
mana gather (gather mana for mages?)
lift (carry stuff?)

maybe skills like from life is fuedal if you want hard difficulty?

heavily depends on what kind of system is used
for example in a setting revolving around HP and Damage (+1% damage for the next 4 attacks)
for example a setting revolving around elements (imbue weapon with element to strengthen it's durability and damage)
...

Throw? Sprint? Concentration? at least i think are good level 1 skills(?)
depends on the class for example
practically any kind of minor buffs- paladin/cleric
basic usage of weaponry- whatever uses said weapons Etc....
but any skill that starts affecting mental or psychic would be above lvl 1 How far ould they be from lvl idk

Focus. Literally. Seeing that a lot of people got this, 'ooh... shiny' low attention in this era, focus as skill seem amazing.

It depends on if there are classes or jobs in that MMO.
If they are, then you could add a different LV1 skill for each different class.
Like Swordsmanship, which allows the player to equip swords,
Mana Control that allows magicians to use magic,
Rouge-like classes could have something like Search or Lurk,
and Crafters could have something like Polishing.
Again, it all depends on how the story is designed.

Is the skills limitation of the MC from the System?
As in if you do not have Swordsmanship you cannot equip Swords?
Or will it be "correction" of usage swordsmanship. You can still equip sword but you may or may not be better than beginners?

Many skills makes upgrades like this
Punch > Power Punch
Pickpocket > Snatch > Steal
Sword Training > Sword Wielding > Swordsmanship

I have a jobless system. Skills are discrete "moves" or abilities that the system assists with. I don't really consider "Luck" or "Archery" a skill. Rather, I'm focusing more on pokemon-style moves like 「Armor-Piercing Shot」 or 「Flaming Arrow Shot」.

It works kind of like an "auto-aim" system with some of those FPS games.

Nope, no system limitation.

Activating a skill has the System guide your character through performing a special action. For example, using a 「Vertical Flaming Strike」 skill has the System invisibly guiding your character through performing the vertical striking motion, with an added fire effect on the sword.

If you don't have the skill, you could still try to wave the sword around (and potentially even mimic a vertical striking motion), but you won't get the fire effect or other bonuses from the skills.

How about the eating world skill? It seems appropriate for a lv 1 Galactus~ :blob_aww:

On a more serious note... Heavy Slash could work I guess? It's basically swinging your sword really hard.
