Looking for Artist Main character creation (unpaid)

Hello to whoever read this, I am a new author that want my character to be created and I know that it is stupid to post this unpaid labor thread but I don't have any money to pay you and right now I'm trying my luck in finding volunteer to make my character for free

The main character of my novel that I'm trying to create are a toddler with white skin, long white hair, blue crystal like eyes, white t-shirts, white short pants and a cute face
(Optimal and probably too much for an unpaid labor but I will put it here anyway) My main character also have an accessory that being a white leather belt pouches with 2 pouches each side, one snow theme flower ornament on the hair and a sling shot staff made out of white wood with black rubber
