"Illegal Sex Acts - These are content which encourages illegal sexual acts including but not limited to bestiality (real-world animals) or necrophilia."
I just wanted to check the guidelines to see if a planned chapter might be problematic. To be honest, for me as a European, "illegal sexual acts" is a very vague term. So I tried to do some research and almost failed at the first hurdle.
Which law applies here exactly? Some US law - ok - SH refers to US paragraphs in its ToS and PT.
But which one exactly? Federal? State? Both? All of them?
Because if you look at what also are considered "illegal sexual acts" in the United States, I almost get laughing or crying fits.
So hand on heart, have any of you ever looked into what the law (assuming US) might mean by that, or have you just set your own moral/legal bar like I have?
... and yes the thing with the still living fish is sick.
