The preface of the issue
Hello ScribbleHub readers and authors. Before going any further, I must clarify the most important thing: translations are not allowed on Scribble Hub!

So, anyone here to argue, criticize this thread, or label it negatively, I kindly ask you: move on.
Now, that being said, an important part for you, possible translators reading this:
Uploaded translations are NOT deleted, but are instead HIDDEN. Why? To not take away spots from others on the front page, on trending, or on the whole site. Yes. The whole site. The front page is just the most relevant part of it. ScribbleHub is for original stories; it is in the tagline. Still, if you are a translator and use ScribbleHub to host your translations, to do that, you must disclose them so that when manual approval occurs, it can be flagged as such. Then, you can do the following:
- Head to NovelUpdates, ScribbleHub's sister site.
- Register.
- Go to "User Profile."
- Click "Add Release."
- Fill out the form.
Suppose you want to be sneaky, fine. Let's get onto the guide on how to find and report possible, undisclosed translations.
How to report a story? Go to its page and click the report button. As shown in the image below:

The first guide was created by @Tempokai , all credits belong to him. It's a very detailed and long guide, so it won't fit in a post. You can read and download it in a PDF format here:

If you're serious about helping out and participating in this thread by finding translations and sharing their links with proof, so we can report them and help the admins keep the site clean, please read these guides.

First of all, and most importantly, is how to identify if a translation has already been reported. This is actually simple. Translations are hidden, so you won't be able to find them via search on SH. HOWEVER, sometimes the search lags for various reasons, so I advise you to double-check. Another way of checking is to look at tags or fandom ratings! It is tedious, I know, but you always have to make sure. Here is an example of reported translation.

As you can see, if you try to find it on SH, it won't lead you anywhere. Same if you click on fandoms, it won't appear there. If you click on tags, the same thing will happen.
The second part is how to identify if the work is a translation or not. This guide will be way simpler than the one provided by Tempi. If you don't have a lot of time, but still want to help, this one is for you. The thing you start with is looking at the synopsis. Sometimes they mention it is a translation right there, and you can press the report button, write a single "Translation," and Tony will handle the rest.
The next step is to check an account. Sometimes they mention they are translators on their SH account. Let me show you a good example.

As you can see if you click on translations of this person, he or she doesn't mention their works are translations even once; however, they are in fact translations, and they were already reported. The second-to-last step is checking their patreon. Sometimes they mention it right there, and at times they will even do stuff like this one.

This person https://www.scribblehub.com/profile/185085/storyweaver/ doesn't mention that he or she is a translator or makes translations. But on their patreon, they do. Again, quite easy to make a deduction.

The last way of identifying if it's a translation or not is by looking at their account and how much they write. This might sound stupid until you meet people like this one.

This person "writes" 80 chapters a week. Now I know some people write a lot. I know some people write A LOT LOT. However, writing at the very least, bottom of the barrel, 80k words in a week? I don't know, sounds impossible. And once we checked his or her profile, it turned out that those are translations. Obviously, there are people who translate only one or two works, like that translator of two Pokémon fanfics I showed above, but I'm doing a simplified guide for people who don't have enough time here. If you see a person who pumps out 30+ chapters a week and all his or her novels are ongoing, there is a high chance it is a translator.
You can also check their novels, if one or two novels on the account out of many are hidden (the way to check it is at the beginning of this guide), there is a high chance that there are more translations on this account.
The third part is finding the source. If the translator admits it is a translation, it's easy. You just report the story, write "translation," and that's it. What if they don't do it? Again, my simplified guide is to just type the title of the story into Google or any other search engine you prefer. Sometimes they would even pop up on NU! For example, this account.

This account has all of their novels on NU. What to do? You copy a link to NU, and you add it while you report; that should be enough. Another thing that is relatively easy to do is to add MTL at the end. A lot of times, it will lead you to FanMTL or similar sites. Same as with NU, you simply add this link, and that's it. The very important part here is to double-check everything. Translators like to hide.
They will change the title, synopsis, and names. They obviously use modern software that is way better than old MTL. So you have to double-check. Sometimes you have to compare pieces of chapters. For example, opening chapter 1 on SH and FanMTL (or a similar site). Usually, it is enough. Here is an example of an already reported and hidden translation.

Closing thoughts
As for a final part, let me, @Corty add my two cents to this thread and guides.
If you are unsure, don't report. You can also drop stories here that you suspect of being translations, and let the community figure it out. More eyes, more brains, more success. You can also look at the thread, see which novels are being suspected, and maybe you know some of them are being translated elsewhere, or even have the raws. Then you can provide the links to those sites and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Or just move on with your life. This thread is not meant to spark drama, so please keep that part out of this thread.
