Title basically. If I take a given genre and sort by latest update I have noticed that it doesn't show all of the stories with that genre when they update.
Resolved Most recent page for certain tags seem to miss out stories.

Do you perhaps have some of the novels hidden due to Release Filtering?

No I haven't used that feature. I just checked and everything is at default
