It's definitely glitched. My views are also not showing up.
A lot of things are likely cached. Which means that whenever you go to look at stats or see something that states for instance number of views, it's displaying the number of views the last time the number of views was cached.
Having the server calculate all numbers, for every request that comes in, would make the website too slow. The only things that do get added/changed instantly, are things such as messages, chapter edits, etc, as they need to be quick.
It could be that if you already appear within the 'last x publisments', your update won't appear, simply for the reason to prevent a troll from spamming. However, only the mods know for sure.
Edit: It could even be, that your following releases become queued. And wait until enough chapters have been published by other authors, before your latest releases get published.
Remember, there's no such thing as bugs. Only features.
