Page shakes while typing

So every time I type on PC or Laptop when I try to reply to a thread or a profile post, two side scrollers will appear and every time I type it causes the screen to shake. And sometimes for threads, if its over 4 -5 lines the page will slowly move up everytime I press a key and will only go back down after I press the space bar or enter. Is this only me or are others experiencing this too?
