Omori is the most depressing game in existence. It would be seriousy hard to beat that. If there is a more depressing game than that one I would like to know it.

that one game you almost bet then gave up and later lost the saves and now you will never ever finish it
Diablo 3 definitely works. Path of Exile can work wonderfully as well, though not as well as Diablo 3... If you ignore the build aspect in it and just pick up and use what seems fun. Do not make proper builds in Path of Exile, your brain will explode... And do NOT read into the story. It requires a bloody detective to piece it together.
Another thing is... Any borderlands game on low difficulty is quite relaxing and fun. You will not have to think too much and just enjoy the adventure, action and loot. If you explore and do alot of sidequests you will find the experience most satisfactory.

yall need some grim dawn in your lives

I guess you can try to game "Diablo clones" or when I'm in the bad moon I like to play online games or casinos. In so irishcasino is a lot of unique information about games, bonuses, and others. You can play and win money

Download Asphalt 8 on your phone, play through the Career mode until Season 3, and then purchase the Audi TTS Coupé from D-class. It looks like this.

After that, horde Fusion Coins and Credits and MAX + PRO it, then take it straight to Multiplayer. Make sure you play the Master Season.

By the fifth race, you'll be me: knowing true depression of wasted time and blood and sweat and tears and cum and effort.

I’ve downloaded OSRS again with the goal of making an op free to play account, because I’m insecure and need to be the big fish in a small pond.

For a moment I thought you meant Depression Quest but I see know what you meant.
I enjoyed Forget Me Not: My Organic Garden greatly. It's an incremental gardening game with small visual novel scenes interspersed. The same developers also just realeased The Sealed Ampoule, which is "dungeon agriculturalization Roguelite game.”
You mentioned card games, have you tried Roguelike Deckbuilders? Slay the Spire helped me slog through my last depressive period, as did Inscryption.
I noticed that playing on handheld (phone or Switch) also helped me as it's less effort compared to PC. Hope you feel better soon.
