I had a neighbor who hated leaves. He would rake constantly. He LOATHED dead leaves on the ground. But he couldn't stand putting them ont he curb, so he would rake them into a box and at 2 am in the morning, he would sneak around the neighborhood and dump the leaves at the curb in front of other people's houses. including mine.

I created a monster in d20 3.0/3.5 called the Leaf Wight. When a druid who is obsessed with an immaculate lawn dies. An undead creature that killed trees with a touch, then rakes up all the leaves when they fall off and hides the leaves all over the countryside. If you find the leaf wight hiding leaves, it tries to kill you. You can distract it by scattering leaves.
