release filtering by tag

As of right now, the release filtering function allows you to remove any story containing a filtered out genre from the front page. The issue is that sometimes, stuff that should clearly be filtered as a certain genre doesn't get filtered out because the author believes they haven't reached the required threshold to be considered part of that genre, even though their story still is that genre enough that the folks filtering out that genre would prefer not to have it on their front page (this is a long winded way of saying please tag your smut).

Also, sometimes just filtering out by tag is better at removing stories containing elements you're not okay with than filtering out the broad genres is (please I just want nothing to do with any story tagged loli I'm begging you).

This is actually already a thing in NU, I was genuinely surprised when I saw that Scribbly's Release Filter did not give the Filter By Tag option...

I'd like this one to be introduced too~

i support this as well. Tag filtering would be that nice extra layer of sorting that helps to avoid false hope (good genres but bad tags).
