Replying to sub-comments?

So a person posted a comment on scribblehub site(not forum) and I replied to it. Then someone else replied to my comment. And now I don't see a way to reply to that 2nd person.

Do I have to reply to the original comment and mention the other person with @? Since the 2nd comment isn't much related to the 1st I don't particularly want to notify the original person on something unrelated and annoy them.

What to do? @Tony

Yes, that is what you do. Just refer to the person you are responding to in the reply.

Like this:

"Inv, I hope this answers your question."
"Tony, I think I answered the question."
