Resolved Requirements for Profile Banner?

Last month, I asked the active members what were the requirements needed for Profile banner. And now, I recently discovered that I reached the right amount of 150 messages to unlock it.

However, there was no 'profile banner' that appeared in my setting.

Did the system update its new requirements to unlock it?

Hoping for the positive response of the admins.

For future people that finds this thread it take time for server to update, once it ticks over the feature unlocks.

Could be an hour, could be 24 hours I dun know.
