Resolved Reviews not really posting?

So, I've written a few reviews for a select few books. When I finish a review It acts like it's been posted but even though I can see my review on my end the novel says that it has 0 reviews plus if I go into incognito mode it doesn't show up on the reviews tab. It's not like it's only because the review is new or anything either one of my reviews is several months old and still has the same problem.

Reviews need to manually approved before they're visible to the public.

Tony-chan reads all reviews and it is usually approved before 48h IIRC.
